All of my student's are clever imaginative, insightful and wise before their time
but they will, alas! occasionally make errors of a heinous sort which were they older, like the staff who teach them, would be deeply reprehensible.
Stern grammarians and those who themselves have never erred will undoubtedly find mistakes in their work but they should try to allow them the license of youth.
We have returned to all the students here presented their work suitably savaged with red pen and admonishments calculated to inflame appropriate humility and lead them to a life of greater care hereafter.
